30-Day Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges on most products.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Custom or bespoke units are exchange only (not eligible for refunds)

Exchange Policy

Try it your way — and if it’s not the perfect match, we’ll make it right.

You may request an exchange within 30 days, even if the hair has been:

  • Worn or installed
  • Cut or styled
  • Colored or customized

We’ll help you switch to a better fit so you can love your look.

Refund Policy

If you prefer a refund, items must be returned in original condition within 30 days.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Hair must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Bundles must remain unraveled

Wigs, closures, and frontals must have:

  • Lace uncut and uncolored
  • Straps intact and not removed

Important Tip

Before installing your hair, we strongly recommend checking:

  • Texture
  • Length
  • Color

This ensures your order remains eligible for a full refund if you decide to return it.

Free Returns Coverage

At checkout, you may choose to add Free Returns Coverage:

  • Covers return shipping costs
  • Allows free returns for refunds or exchanges

If you do not select this option:

  • Return shipping costs will be your responsibility
